Duncan McDavid
Mr. Duncan McDavid is Vice Chairman of the Malawi Macadamia Association. Mr. McDavid is also the CEO of Jacoma Estates Limited. A large investor in the Malawi macadamia sector. Mr. McDavid is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree with Finance Honours. Mr. McDavid has over 20 years of experience in Finance and Agribusiness Development in Asian and Africa. More recently this experience has been focused on Malawi. With previous experience in investment banking, Mr. McDavid brings a unique perspective to the Association's activities.
Khumbo Chibambo
Is the administrator for Malawi Macadamia Association; he is responsible for running day-to-day activities of the secretariat. He holds a degree in economics and is experienced in managing company assets and organizing and coordinating field days, seminars, trainings and conferences.
Tushar Chugh
Mr. Tushar Chugh is the Central Region Representative for the Malawi Macadamia Association. In addition, Tushar looks after the daily management of East African Plantations Ltd in Kasungu. He has experience in the agriculture business for 7 years focused mainly on Macadamia. Tushar is very keen on reforestation and undertakes projects of planting of indigenous trees on an annual basis. He is a keen enthusiast in helping Malawi’s workforce grow combined with his experience in most aspects of the Macadamia business. Tushar provides input and assists in management of the association with his colleagues at MMA.
